Query Related to Flashing ....help me out

Hi all,

I have a small piece of assembly code, working fine with ADSP-2181 EZ-ICE.
After building and executing this code in debug mode.
I got .asm, .dxe and .doj files.
I want to flash this piece of code using BDMA to external memory.

Which of these files with extension .asm, .doj i have to use for flashing?

Or i have to convert/generate these files into some other form like .bin (binary).
