A system has 3 clocks inside and they are derived from main clock. In clock constraints, is it better to define them seperately or by derived clocks in primetime

i suggest to derive the clocks from the main clock, in this way you constraint is more consistant with the design and easy to follow.

Its better to define it as generated clocks. Because once you switch to post-layout this will ensure right network delay is calculated.
