Quartus II tool issues "always enabled IO buffer "

Hi all

I am working on Nios II

I have added SPI core to Sopc builder ,and generated the ptf file

I am running the Quartus II tool for generating the sof file

But the Quartus II Tool issues the following error in Analysis and Synthesis Phase

Error : incoming_tristate_bridge_data[0] has multiple drivers due to always enabled IO buffers

I am unable to trace out the root of the problem please help me out
