I have a Project with 4 schematic sheet's and 4 pcb's. How are this document's connected?? Some times when i try to update from one sch sheet i get diffrences from some other sheet to same pbc document??

How??

i believe you have to define one project group and then define (in your case) four pcb projects within it. each pcb project has one sch and one pcb. this will keep everything seperate. i don't think you can have more than one pcb in a pcb project. multiple schematics (with one pcb) should have a top level sheet defined.

the manuals (on protel.com) are actually now quite good..

hope it helps
