Hi there,

Generally, the 'LF' means that this part is a "wide voltage range" (Vdd=2.0-5.5v) part. This part can operate in the wider range of voltage than the normal 'F' part. About how to program this part properly, please consult the following document

http://www.microchip.com/download/lit/suppdoc/specs/39583b.pdf

The MCLR pin should be connected to VPP (EPIC) [High Volt ICSP],
I'm not sure about your PinB5-B7 (which should be CLK, DATA, VCP).
