Programming 18LF8720 Fault

18lf8720 pic

Can anybody say me what is the diference on 18F8720 and 18LF8720?
My e-pic programmer don't programming this device. The pin option are:
PinB5=Ground
PinB6=e-pic
PinB7=e-pic
Mclr/Vpp=e-pic
Vdd + Vss
On e-pic software, the Low programming mode are disabed.
Can anybody help me ?? :?

Hi there,

Generally, the 'LF' means that this part is a "wide voltage range" (Vdd=2.0-5.5v) part. This part can operate in the wider range of voltage than the normal 'F' part. About how to program this part properly, please consult the following document

The MCLR pin should be connected to VPP (EPIC) [High Volt ICSP],
I'm not sure about your PinB5-B7 (which should be CLK, DATA, VCP).
