[SOLVED] processors type used inside Siemens PLCs

hello

Does anyone knows what kind of microprocessors or microcontrollers are used inside Siemens PLCs such as S7 200 or 300 ?

I appreciate if someone provides me with a photo of internal pcb.

Check out this data sheet for Siemens S7 200.Although this does not have the photo of the internal PCB,it has all the programming procedures included.

actually i just need to know what microprocessor/microcontroller Siemens uses inside their PLCs

At least S7-300 is using the Siemens/Infineon C165 core. Older CPUs have series processors, newer dedicated ASICs, see e.g. below photo from CPU313C.
