Problems with PIC18F452 config words

i m using ic-prog soft, and jdm, tait serial programmer, the problem is the config words dont match wat i write, varification is successful,but after reading the data config words are different, even i tried to write the config words only, but no change. i erased the device , after reading the blank there some config words like config1:2700,config2:0f0f;config3:0100 etc, need help !

18f452 and correct fuses with IC prog impossible.

ICprog has some problems for writing 18f452 fuses

Use winpic800 software with same hardware
