Making hidden panic alarm by certain phrase or key words

not familiar on how to program the sound devices on Arduino or esp's and I didn't know if it would be possible create a certain key phrase or word would listen for and then trigger another are doing you or ESP and create a alarm for sending sms or email and surprise for keywords and triggered is this possible can you please help me with the code and how to do it
