Problem with stk200 and a microcontroller

Hi i meke my stk200 but i have some problem, whit my programmer . I write the program in te uC by 2 time end when i want to write again te uC this is dead . Can somebody help me i don't understend why my uC don't work why the stk200 distroy my uC

Have you checked if the fuse bits are set right? If you have programmed one them wrong you possibly can only access your controller with an external clock connected to the controller.

the fuse byte it is corect my problem it is whit programmer. I donn't have the posibility to program more then 2 times the uC because the programmer burn the uC or something like that because when i try in circuit is not working
