Problem with simulating 4538 in Proteus

problem with 4538

I want to simulate 4538 with Proteus but I can´t.

pin 1=ground

pin2 = resistor(200kohmios) to +5

between pin 1 and pin2 a capacitor (1uF)
pin3= +5

pin4 = wave square

pin5= pin7

pin 6 = out

What happen??
