Anyone out there could advise how to troubleshoot and fix this problem. My amp goes from 10MHz to 50 GHz and gain flatness needed is +-5dB but I got around 10dB. Thanks in advance.

I guess you are evaluating the COTS product? If you design the amplifier chip, you should know how to compensate the gain flatness by using distributed amplifier topology.
