Problem with Nokia 6150 microphone!

hello all,
Simply i needed to connect a mobilephone (Nokia 61150) to a small (private) telephone network, so i used to connect the Mobile phone to an ordinary telephone set by these connection:
Speaker of mobile ----> MIC of Telephone set
Mic of mobile ----> Speaker of telephone set
the first connection was perfect specially with 10 uF shunt capacitor.
But the second
Mic of mobile ----> Speaker of telephone set was exteremly failed (nothing heared or highly tone and noise)
So anybody has a help in this Simple!! case ar even any suggestion to plug a mobile phone to internal telephone network!
