I think you would better to caption your circuit schematic and simulation results that worries you as well.

Regarding your design, you're designing a bias circuit or band-gap reference.. There're a lot of technical papers that can help u. Check .
If you want to build a band-gap reference current, First build a standard 1.2v output BGR then generate current through a resistor. Dumping voltage to current on such resistor is critical, so that resistor should be very accurately and precisely made, usually it's done off-chip. i.e. you'll put a pin for off-chip connection.
