problem with buffer design for isolation

My circuit has an output impedance of 2.2KOhms and its output is fine.
But when i connect this output to the input of another circuitry (whose input resistance is 22 Ohms) the signal gets attenuated.

I have designed a buffer using a BJT. still the negative portion of the output gets clipped. plus the transistor heats up after a while.

I also worked with unity gain buffer amplifier using opamp, but no use!

i want a voltage level of +1 to -4 sinosoid..

what should i do?
 

try using a impedance transformation circuit(i.e. L-match Π-match etc) to transform the 22 ohm to 2.2k.....
