Problem while installing software

I am trying to install bittorrent/ utorrent on my PC.
But when I run the application file bittorrent I get following message.
"The procedure entry point GetExtendedTcpTable could not be located in the dynamic link library IPHLPAPI.DLL"
How to solve this problem?
I have Windows XP

and this might be your real problem looks like they stopped support for xp sp1
