Problem installing Orcad Capture 16.3 on XP with SP1

I have installed Cadence Orcad Capture 16.3 on a computer(Intel i3) running Windows xp 64bit with SP1 ,When i am trying to open Capture CIS the Capture will not start up, and the "The program can't start because cdn_sfl40las.dll was missing from this computer" message is displayed. I have tried as given before post, But its not working for me.
