problem in sending data through gprs module

I m using teltonika tm1 gsm/gprs module .I have got the following output while using the module for gprs communication.

AT
OK
AT
OK
AT+COPS=0
OK
AT+CREG?
+CREG: 0,5

OK
AT+COPS?
+COPS: 0,0,"INA RPG"

OK
AT+CGATT=1
OK
AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET"

AT+CDNSCFG="199.34.228.161","199.34.228.53"
ERROR

In this step i encounter a problem.
What ip address we should give in the primary and secondary DNS name.
Please anyone help me
