Priority of ahbmaster for AMBA arbiter ?

everyone!
I have some problems:
An ahbmaster is granted to control bus, if the ahbmaster first send a idle transfer ,the same time another ahbmaster which has higher priority is requesting bus ,what will arbiter do?

which IP core you used as arbitrator ?
you'd better simulate this condtion ii think

well........ the arbitration algorithm for AHB is not specified in the AMBA specification.... that means it is the choice of the person who is implementing the arbiter to do what ever he wants ...

well in typical arbitration algorithms the considerations are

1)priority
2)Fairness

OK . now decide what do u want to do wrt to your components

I think you can reference to the AMBA spec. rev. 2.0 page.3-32.
The T1~T2 is the first IDLE transfer you mentioned. Check what the spec. say.

how can it send an idle transfer in the first cycle, even though it is sending there are around 16 wait cycles, once it is granted other that a locked transfer of highest priority the arbiter need not change the grant signal
