print decals with dimentions in pads for verification

can anyone tell me the way how can i print the decals with dimensions so that i can verify after creating the footprints.

the dimensions which i need is the pitch between pins and the pitch between rows and etc.

I take it you are using PowerPCB.

You can always put the components onto a dummy PCB file and then print it out.
