The pressure in the space varies with altitude. Refer to the link http://www.eoearth.org/view/article/171011/ and scoll down to the table 'pressure profile of the atmosphere'. At sea level the pressure is 1 atm. which is 1013.25 mbar.
The pressure in the vacuum chamber depends on how good is the connected vacuum pump. Some cases it can effectively reach up to 1 mbar.

I think with "space" you meant "outer space" where the pressure is close to 0. However here you can find a quite exhaustive table:

I don't think the pressure is zero outer the space.In outer space there is non zero gravity so there may be some pressure.
