There want to know how to find out what is the power handling value of a 10k Ohms potentiometer?

potentiometer should read the power ratings.look for it on your potentiometer.

Hi, I just took a look at it. But it doesn't state other then a printing of "B10k". Other than that, there isn't any other printing on the potentiometer.
 

I'd be surprised if this potentiometer were rated for more than 0.25W, unless it's diameter is something like 20mm or more ..
Read the section on pots power to make sure that you don't exceed the allowable current even while using any small section of it ..
