Power adpater - help with grounding needed

Power adpater

Hi,

I am designing one power adapter like laptop with output (DC) 15V,2A. I want to use two pin input ( line and neutral) at AC input side. And at output side , I want to have -ve terminal at the earth potential which is not coming inside the power adapter casing.

Can any one give some suggestion to achieve this?

i wouldnt put earth potential at the output...just leave it isolated.................safer that way.

put a Y cap between primary gnd and secondary gnd for EMC
