check out The Art of Analog by Alan Hasting
 

Read the CMOS IC LAYOUT by Dan Clein.....
Its a very good for layout engineer.
 

CMOS IC Layout and The Art of analog Layout are both good books, but if you are starting out in layout, you should read the basics first. It'll take you no more than two days to read it, a day if you're familiar with Electrical Engineering.
 

I am now reading IC mask design it is really a good book for the layout beginning learner,you can have a try,anyone have the CMOS IC Layout can you share with me ,thanks in advance,or you can provide me a website,
 

IC Mask Design is really, very nice book... no jargond just plain english ..
