Is there any PIC or dsPIC with 6 Sample & Hold circuits so i can make 6 channel simultaneous sampling..?

try the microchip product selector
https://www.microchip.com/maps/microcontroller.aspx

have a look at the dsPIC33FJ256GP710
the datasheet states
10-bit, 1.1 Msps or 12-bit, 500 ksps conversion:
- Two, four or eight simultaneous samples
- Up to 32 input channels with auto-scanning

it has two ADCs each with four sample and hold
how fast do you wish to sample?
