PIC + C35i connection. How ? :(

Hello.
I have PIC16F877A and I want to connect It with siemens C35i.
With RS-232 It doesn't work :( - It works fine with PC.
Should I use max232 to do this connection ? Why ?
PIC have 5V RS, C35 use 3V. I think MAX 232 Isn't necessary. Probably It is a voltage problem - 5V instead of 3V. How can I solve this problem ? :( 3,3V zener diode ?

I try google: nothing, another - nothing too ! Now, I am so happy...I will check this solution soon !!! It looks normal...but I think I can do It without siemens cables with max.. may be some day ;)
