Sorry.. but you didn't understand me .. the Emulator I mean is as the hardware emulator .. i.e. it has LEDs, switches, seven segments, ...., etc ..

Funny first you are talking about a software emulator (even the title of this topic says software emulator) now about a hardware emulator.

If I understand you correct you are looking for a prototype board for the 16f84(a).

As this chip is soo simple you can easily build your own there is no magic to throw together a prototype board for this PIC with a few leds and switches connected to the PIC.
