What are the techniques to isolate a photodiode of capacitance 0.6pF from Regulated Cascode Amplifier ( R G C ) ?

A photodiode has less capacitance when it is reverse-biased. Then light on it causes its leakage current to increase. It will have a small amount of "dark current" that is spec'd on its datasheet.

A photodiode without reverse bias operates like a tiny solar cell and generates a voltage and current.
