pdk for IBM 8RF-DM CMOS Process - Ledit

Can anyone let me know where i can get hold of a pdk for Ledit for the
IBM 8RF-DM CMOS Process

I think that is imposible because IBM needs to be a partner of Ledit. I know that IBM is partner with Cadence and Mentor Graphics but i don't know if IBM really is a Ledit's partner

L-edit can't use pdk. You can generate some layout cell by yourself.
