How to access to the process design kits as an academic member? I've tried to contact them directly but most of the foundries never share the libraries only if you have fabrication decision.

Global Foundries libraries would help me but how to get access?

Why not skywater 130nm or globalfoundries ?

I contacted Europractice and asked for GF PDKs. They told me they would give it to those who would want to fabricate them. There is no chance for educational purposes.

They won't want to talk to a student because students are
broke-ass liars who contribute nothing.

If this is a legit academic project then you have a professor
and a department who should know full well how to approach
foundries and get PDKs (companies -will- deliver if they can
put a purpose to it, like enticing future employees, but one
undergrad looking for freebies doesn't ring that bell).

If it's all an "academic exercise" then find one of the "free"
or "escaped" PDKs (old MOSIS, the newer ones suggested,
or even do your own digging) and just go with it. Not like
whatever you're up to is ever going to get built, since you
say you've already bounced off that criterion. So go with
"close enough" and just document the expected issues
so you look throrough.
