pcb(pdf) into proteus

Hello, i need to convert a pdf of one project into proteus, how can i do that?

I tried to open the pdf says: runtime error 2
 

No CAD is capable of doing this.
Didn't you meant the opposite?
( Proteus into pdf )
 

No, i really need to edit the pdb but i cant make from scratch looking at the pdf
