Hi,

I want to extract the parasitics of high frequency PCB. Can you tell any software which can be used for this purpose.

sigrity, hfss, ads cst Sigwave...can extract S parametres for you.
 

Sigrity is owned by Cadence now, it is part of their Allegro Platform.
 

Most of the major packages have an SIV add on that will extract this info and do your signal integrity simulations.
