I am using Circuit wizard to design circuit and create PCB. I can include all components like timers resistor etc and also simulate and create PCB . But i cant inlcude microcontrollers like atmel AT89C2051 or 4051etc and simulate. Is it possible to add this components to the program or is there any other software which specifically allow using this components and design the circuit , simulate and transfer to pcb?

What software are you using ?
Microcontroller circuits are not easy affair. To start with you may look for some sample circuits and then write your code.

Use CadSoft Eagle , its easy to use, lot of library, freeware with some limitations
