PCB Design Doubt in Copper Ounce Usage

Hello All,
I have one doubt guys:roll::roll::roll::roll:... Wether amount of copper ounce used while manufacturing will affect current flow in the design. If so please suggest me standard routing width related with various copper ounces used.?
