I am confused on choosing 0.5 oz or 1 oz or 2 oz inner and outer layer. Based on what parameters we can decide the Cu thickness? My board runs at 20 GHz speed. Regards, VJ

Might help you in some ways https://www.edaboard.com/threads/50039/ I don't think the change in copper thickness will impact frequency. Cu thickness is mostly based on the Current rating we use.
