PADS 2007.2 upgrade to 2007.4 please help

pads 2007.2

I tried to move on from 2007.2 to 2007.4. but it seems there are significant changes because it didn't open the dxdesigner files and tried to migrate but failed mostly. Also in project explorer there are no libraries etc seems. What should we do, what are the differences?

You can import the file, it shouldn't be any problem. The library is there.
