hey guys very much a newbie here

Got a question

I am trying to load a hex program on a pic12c509a chip with picallw, everytime I try to "program" it errors out on me, I have read the topic **broken link removed** about adjusting the Pro Delay to 2000 and unchecking the Auto Adjust, but I still get an error,

address=0006 buffer=3FFF device=offf

It must see the programmer as if I do a blank check, it comes back to as device is blank, I think it sees it...

Any help on this subject would be great
