P-CAD2002 SP1 on Vista - problems

Anybody working with older versions of PCAD on Vista? Generally the program works but there are a few areas that have issues. The biggest inconvienience I have is the layer list is empty and you can not turn off or edit the individual layers. I have to load the design on an older PC running XP, do what I need to do and go back to the vista box.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

PCAD badly works on Vista

Remove all files *manifest from folder PCAD. Sometimes it helps.
