hi,
what is atomic standards?
what are the applications of that?

Atomic frequency standards utilize "natural" frequencies of internal quantum transitions in selected atoms.
The most used are cesium and rubidium frequency standards, the highest stability is achieved with hydrogen masers.

Commercial Cs and Rb frequency standards are available for < $1k;their typical output is 5 or 10 MHz for various applications.
