Hi !

Are You trying to create a circular obstacle ? Is that right ?

In this case, while creating the circle, the first "clic" is the center of the circle.
Then press "A" on your keyboard or choose "Arc" after "right clic".
The second and last "clic" defines the radius of your circle.
