hi..
i'm very new to orcad 16.2,
how can i know the length of the trace from a pin to another pin.

You can see 3 tabs in the right Side of the Window as Find,options,Visibility....
Go to Find Select the Net option...Now select the net u want the length...this ll show the length...

Go to Display->Elememt and then select only clines from Find filter option and then click on the net you will get a pop menu mentioning PIN to PIN length.
