Orcad has many good manuals.Take a look at
%OrcadInstDir%\Document ,where OrcadInst Dir is the diretory where you have installed Orcad, ex "C:\Program Files\OrcadLite\Document"

Orcad also has a very good Tutorial made in VB to giude you through different design flows, just go though help - > tutorials, or you can access them directly in the installation directory
