But why want me to do the transient simulation ?, f(-3dB) is coming from the A.C analyses .

Sure, AC analysis will work with the f-3dB method. But a transient analysis would work, too: by determining the RC rise/fall time constant resulting from steep input edges (ideal square wave input with appropriate low frequency).
