rf microelectronics razavi edaboard

hello, everyone .

For Razavi's book "RF Microelectronics", I am cofused on the result that "the leakage to the receiver path is on the order of 30mVpp " in the last three paragraph of chapter 5.1.

Can anyone give an explanation? Thank you.
