ofdm implementation using tms 320c5410

Hi,
i am implementing ofdm modem using dsp5140. My old circuit board is having tlv320ad50 codec. I am not geeting proper signal shapes at the output of DAC after sample rate is increased to 64 K. Other wise at 16K sample rate Tx and Rx are behaving properly at baseband.
can anybody help with suggestion of partcular DAC.
 

i also want a technical note about implementation of ofdm for tms TI dsp, if anyone has it please post.
