No DLY file when using ISE 6.1i

dly file

I upgraded from Xilinx ISE 5.2i to 6.1i SP2, and now PAR doesn't generate a DLY file. Anyone know why?
I'm running PAR from the command line.
 

I am facing the same problem.. I need to generate the .dly file for Precision physical synthesis. I set the environment variable to PAR_BELDLYRPT=1 ... still cannot.. run "par" from command line.. also fail.. who can help ??
 

I see.. the par is no longer generate the dly file.. it used for generate mapped ncd and use reportgen -delay to generate the dly...
i already imported to the precision... and it work well.
