which is better pmos or nmos load? and why ?
what are the disadvantages of pmos load?

thank you

P transistors have worst transconductance than N transistors, which allows you to achieve a desired incremental resistance using smaller transistors. Meaning you don't have to increase L so much.

So generally, P loads are better but that depends on the rest of the circuit, of course.
