Does anyone know any paper or book that talk about the Nested Miller Compensation shown below? What is its unity gain frequency? Its transfer function? And poles?
your opamp only have two stages.
i don't think this is called Nested Miller compensation, this is Miller Compensation using incorporated current buffer, can be called cascode miller compensation.
However, it uses two miller capacitor, not an easy job to find the poles and zeros in theory. I've not seen paper doing this analysis, sorry.
It is NOT a 'netsted miller compensated' opamp. It is a traditional two-stage amplifier with extra compensation caps Cc2. The compensation is so-called 'Ahjua Compensation' as suggested by the previous post. In my opinion, I don't see extra advantage of using Cc2 caps here since they are not in the main signal path and offer little help in terms of compensation.
