Hello,

I am new in designing area. I want to design negative h- rf multicusp ion source. I found several programs like Femlab but I am not sure that if this is the true program for design. I don't want to pay to much without knowing if it is the right or wrong program.

If you design before, could u please advise me ion source programs? So i can choose between them. Thank you anyway.

An RF driven negative hydrogen ion source. Multicusp is a visual term for the geometry of the multi-pole magnetic field used to focus the ions.
