the input voltage is about 5v-10v,which configurations is better?
 

And what would you like this 5V or 10V to invert to?
 

inverte to 0, could it realize
 

What is the supply? and which process do you plan to use?
 

CMOS inverter with power supply above 10V is OK.
where is the problem?
